Simon Cowell dropped out of high school at 16 and started working in the mailroom at the British record company EMI Group.  Six years later he started his own label. today, Cowell is most noted for as a judge for musical talent, like “American Idol,” “Britain’s Got Talent,” and “The X Factor”.
